Tele-coaching

Tele-coaching enables to have access to knowledge in time and cost effective package. The client pays for a consultation about the most important problems when they appear. In the point of view of client’s head of the project using tele-coaching is like having own usability department always prepared to help if it is needed.

Tele-coaching service enables to flexible adjustment to the project needs through 15 minutes units, that is sold in. If the client needs only an answer to a simple question or confirmation of his/her plan rightness, the client can get the answer quickly. If it turns out that the problem needs a more detailed analysis, as many tele-coaching units will be used as it is needed.

The cost of 15 minutes’ unit depends on the amount of units that a client wants to buy. The client can order one 15 minutes’ unit when it is needed but purchasing more amounts of units enables to lower the cost of the service. The clients’ units can be settled regularly (on a monthly basis). Some clients fix the session dates (i.e. each Tuesday) when they talk about present plans of their projects, problems, they ask questions.
