Workshop

Workshop is a whole day’s working session with a client. The aim of Workshop is to use our knowledge and experience to create a vision of project or Internet strategy.

Workshop scheme

  1. Gathering the information about a project.
    The client provides the information about a project – documents, results of tests, or via teleconference. The client defines the aims of the project.
  2. Our analysis of the project
    The information are analyzed, we search for any needed test, analyses and case studies.
  3. Meeting at the client’s
    A whole day’s meeting at the client’s. During the meeting we discuss the goals of the project and gathered information. Next stage is a brainstorm and discussing the possibilities of achieving the goals. Next, we choose initial optimal solutions.
  4. Workshop summary
    We create a few-pages’ summary of the process with some conclusions for the client. The conclusions include directives about the tools to achieve the goals and their optimal selection.

We send the summary as a text file in 48 h since finishing the work. Depending on project complexity the phases 2-4 are iterated till getting the final vision. Maximum 5 persons representing client can participate in each meeting. In case of discussing with more persons we have to arrange next meetings. Each meeting takes 4-7 hours.

We analyse the project using all our experience – we may analyze the following areas: SEO, usability, availability, PR, marketing, e-commerce, Internet technology.
