User Context Analysis

The aim of the user context analysis is to get to know precisely the future users of the system. It will enable to describe the system standards.

During user analysis we answer the following questions:

• who are the users of the system,
• what will the system be used to,
• what are users’ abilities,
• if the system or the users will meet any external obstacles.

To get to know the users and their needs we use:

• field research analysis by the client,
• meetings with the users,
• surveys,
• individual interview with the users,
• observation of users work.
