Scenarios of use and personas

Scenarios of use describe how users of a system will do its typical tasks. They are always created from the perspective of a user and his/her needs. They are one of the method of creating system documentation.

Using both, scenarios of use and personas, enables to develop the model of interaction between the user and the system. Persona is a profile of a typical user.

Developing personas consist in developing the final user characteristic for each target group of the service. In this description we take into consideration the features and abilities of a person (e.g. knowledge of technology) and typical goals, tasks and needs.
