Satisfaction Analysis

Satisfaction from using the product is one of the main elements of usability. Knowing users’ emotions is a key to build a durable relationship. In case of interactive products we are able to carry out the analysis of satisfaction at the same time as the product is used.

We develop the plan of satisfaction analysis, implement the test and interpret the results recommending possible improvements.
