The interdisciplinary attitude enables us to understanding the client’s goals and user needs from many points of view and then to translate the language of ideas into designing projects efficiently.

Joanna Kotala
For several years she has been involved in designing interfaces and persuading of advantages of user-centered designing. She has realized the Internet projects for Korporacja Badawcza Pretendent Sp. z o.o., Central Soya, Agencja Reklamowo-Projektowa CREO, Synergo Group Sp. z o.o., Janmedia Interactive Sp. z o. o. She has carried out the training and had presentations for among others Allegro, Informedia, Kansei. She adores traveling which gives her energy and inspiration to live and to work.

Nikodem Krajewski
Nikodem Krajewski has been working in the Internet industry for many years. He has worked for, among others, Money.pl, TVP S.A., Agora S.A. and A2 Multimedia, where he has developed marketing projects and the project of implementing video in the Internet. In Ideacto.pl he is responsible for Internet and marketing strategies. He graduated Culture Studies at Wrocław University and is a PhD student there.

Tomek Karwatka
Tomasz Karwatka is an Operational Director in Divante, where he develops the product which enables companies to manage their knowledge. In 2004-2008 he was promoting the effective (useful and accessible) designing of WWW services. He has created a blog www.webusability.pl and is an author of usability and mobile web courses. He is also part of the team which created Usability List that gathers people who are interested in usability, and which organizes Grill IT i Barcamp 7.1 creating a space for people connected to Internet activities.

He has been professionally connected with the Internet since 2000, at the beginning as a programmer, then an analyst (MCI, Internet Designers SA, Janmedia Interactive Sp. z o.o.), a project manager and for the last few years – as a director of an interactive agency. Since 2006 he has been involved into developing the meetings of Internet entrepreneurs’ community (GrillIT in Wrocław and Kraków, Spodek 2.0, Startupshow). The partner and technical director in Monetto.pl project – the website implementing the idea of social lending in Poland. Since 2008 he has become a president of Venture Incubator S.A.

The author of the bestseller “Internet marketing in search engines” – a first Polish publication that concerns in complex the issues of promotion in search engines. He is the owner of a consulting company MaxROY.com sp. z o.o. He cooperates with Management Engineering Institute of Poznań Polytechnics in a group working on the conception of agile enterprise and theory of opportunities. He is interested in the influences of Internet marketing mechanism on enterprise agility. He is a co-editor of SprawnyMarketing.pl blog.

Maciej Bialek
A founder and a Chief Executive Officer of Gps24.pl. He realizes the company strategy with determination keeping almost 10% profitability. He designs and implements independently marketing plans based on “guerrilla” – low-budget, guidelines. He invests and leads the projects ibroker.pl, szkapy.pl, twilo.pl, gepeto.pl. In private he is a confirmed optimist and cynic. In his free time he is a Dj and a StreetRacer.

Stewart Mader
Stewart Mader is a knowledge management specialist and an author of books – „Wikipatterns” and “Using Wiki in Education”. He is also an author of Grow Your Wiki blog. He lectures at universities, carries out the trainings for many companies increase productivity and improve cooperation in a company using Wiki.
